The Ariya Finergy team remotely monitors all of our sites and preempts possible system faults with our proprietary Vision Controller- a game changer for predictive maintenance! This IoT system gives all of our clients access to the online Vision Portal, where they can track their system performance in real-time and generate reports. Ariya Finergy’s experienced O&M team ensures the correct functioning of the installed equipment in compliance with the technical standards set by the EPRA, including the specifications. We also diligently uphold the operations and maintenance manual and good industry practice. Where the equipment is not functioning as expected, our O&M team will provide the client with prompt remedial measures based on the following criteria:

Low Generation Faults

These faults are typically attended to within 3-7 days from time of occurrence depending on severity of fault.

What does an O&M agreement cover?
A full Operations & Maintenance agreement with Ariya Finergy covers 24/7 remote performance monitoring, scheduled servicing, panel cleaning, inverter and battery checks, predictive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and rapid on-site response across Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
How often does a solar PV system need maintenance?
Industrial solar PV typically receives 2 to 4 scheduled site visits per year for cleaning and inspection, plus continuous remote monitoring. Battery and power-stabilisation hardware typically requires more frequent firmware checks and condition monitoring.
Do you provide 24/7 monitoring?
Yes. Every Ariya Finergy installation is connected to our central monitoring platform with 24/7 alerting on performance, faults and anomalies, plus year-round on-site support across our three operating countries.
What happens if my system breaks down?
When the monitoring platform detects a fault, Ariya Finergy dispatches an engineer to your site, with response times targeted to your service-level agreement. Most issues are diagnosed remotely first; major component faults are covered under the manufacturer warranty.
Does Ariya Finergy provide O&M for systems they did not install?
Yes — Ariya Finergy can take over O&M for existing third-party solar installations, beginning with a system audit, performance baseline, and a remediation plan if required.
How long does an O&M contract last?
O&M agreements are typically aligned to the 25-year design life of solar PV. Most clients sign initial multi-year contracts which can be renewed indefinitely.
