Performance Reporting

The Ariya Finergy team remotely monitors all of our sites and preempts possible system faults with our proprietary Vision Controller- a game changer for predictive maintenance! This IoT system gives all of our clients access to the online Vision Portal, where they can track their system performance in real-time and generate reports. Ariya Finergy’s experienced O&M team ensures the correct functioning of the installed equipment in compliance with the technical standards set by the EPRA, including the specifications. We also diligently uphold the operations and maintenance manual and good industry practice. Where the equipment is not functioning as expected, our O&M team will provide the client with prompt remedial measures based on the following criteria:

Low Generation Faults

These faults are typically attended to within 3-7 days from time of occurrence depending on severity of fault.

Zero Generation Faults

These types of faults are treated as high priority and are attended to within 3-24 hours from the time of occurrence.
